At an all-boys Catholic school in upstate New York, an unorthodox love triangle develops between two teenage boys, Sean and the Algerian-born Jeremiah, and their predatory teacher, Mr. Van Orton. As the prestigious school's dark past slowly unravels, Sean begins to suspect that Mr. Van Orton, perhaps along with other faculty members, is part of a Satanic cult, and that Jeremiah is being groomed for human sacrifice.
