Our shoes are zero drop shoes with only 3mm insole padding. Wearing flat, zero-drop shoes allows children to develop stronger feet that don't need to be externally supported and improve balance and walking stride .

Machine washable and great for outdoor and indoor use- remove sole before throwing in the washer . Reattach sole when shoes are dry.
